Disconnect Ordo from your WhatsApp

You can disconnect Ordo from your WhatsApp Business account at any time. Your customers will no longer receive automatic order confirmations, and we will stop processing messages on your behalf.
How to disconnect
Quickest
1. Revoke access yourself (recommended)
Go to Facebook Business Settings → Business integrations, find Ordo, and click Remove. Ordo will immediately stop receiving messages from your WhatsApp number.
This is instant and does not require you to contact us. Your order spreadsheet in Google Sheets remains in your account — we simply lose access to it.
2. Contact us
Message us on WhatsApp +91 89036 68239 or email info@aflatus.com and ask to be disconnected.
Tell us your WhatsApp number and restaurant name. We will revoke access and confirm within one working day.
What happens when you disconnect
- Ordo stops answering messages on your WhatsApp number immediately.
- Your customers will no longer receive automatic order confirmations from the bot.
- We remove the access token that allowed Ordo to send messages on your behalf.
- Your menu, prices, and configuration are deleted from our systems.
- Your business contact details are deleted (except tax records, which are anonymized per our privacy policy).
Your data
Your order spreadsheet in Google Sheets: You own this and it stays in your account. We lose access to it when you disconnect, but all your order data is still there.
Your customers' orders: If you want us to delete their personal data from your spreadsheet before we disconnect, tell us and we will do it at no cost.

Can you reconnect later?
Yes. Go through the onboarding flow again at any time — sign in with Facebook, enter your WhatsApp number, and Ordo will reconnect. Your previous menu and settings are gone, so you will start fresh.
